Better Ministry Wellness

Healthier People, healthier ministry.

We specialize in improving workforce health within churches and ministry organizations. Our team of experts in health and sciences provide assessments, evidence-based interventions, and outcome reporting to strengthen your staff (the whole person).

For us, Better Wellness isn’t just a business, it’s our ministry. We love the church and believe the church is the hope of the world! We come along side churches and invest in their most valuable asset: their people!

Our team of health professionals has extensive experience in the academic world and in corporate wellness settings. We’ve published research, developed health and wellness curriculum, and have provided health education and training in various settings around the world.

Ultimately, we want to see people set free from cycles that bring shame, discouragement, and poor health. We take time to care for the individual, value the uniqueness of each person and believe small steps each day leads to better, and better leads to long lasting health, and long lasting health leads to the Gospel reaching further!

Take the journey to become Better!

Reducing rising healthcare costs

Data shows that companies with lifestyle-focused corporate wellness programs had an average of a 3.6x return on investment by saving on health insurance and healthcare costs. A great example would be a company with 1,200 employees would save over $430,000 per year on insurance and productivity.*

Investing in church employee wellness will not only have the potential to lower insurance and healthcare costs, but it can increase productivity, reduce the use of sick days, reduce unnecessary ER visits, and improve team morale.

Employee health Coaching

Research suggests that individuals who commit to a health goal with another person are 65% more likely to complete it than those who don’t. That outcome increases to 95% completion when accountability sessions, such as health coaching, are added!

We are here to meet with your team members individually in a confidential setting to help them make progress. Employees enrolled in health coaching programs can increase productivity, use less sick days, reduce healthcare costs, and improve staff morale.
