Commitment
Premium Health Coaching is designed to create a personalized path to improve your health with a minimum of three months. Statistically, that is how long it takes to build new, sustainable health habits that last. You will meet with an expert health coach approximately every other week (at least six sessions for three months). You will be on a path to health and decide if you have enough tools to continue on your own or extend your sessions longer. Every person’s health is different, so we will help you discover what is best for your wellness journey.
